Present: Rich Osnoss, Chairperson, Janet Weidner, , Chris MacLeod, Joan Malkin, Sam Hart

Meeting called to order at 4:34 PM
  • Wendy Weldon Lot Line Adjustment, Map :
  • Mr. Silva presented the plan. Ms. Weldon distributed the Alida B. Stange covenant dated December 1979.
  • Mr. Silva noted an area of the plan which has a less than 100’ width. He noted that the Planning Board may grant a waiver of the requirement.
  • Discussion occurred.
  • Ms. Malkin had to leave meeting and a quorum was not maintained.
  • Mr. Silva stated they would return to the next meeting of the Planning Board. Ms. Christy was asked to inform Ms. Weldon and Mr. Silva of the next time the Planning Board meets.
  • Proposed Changes to the Rules & Regulations Governing Subdivisions in Chilmark in response to the Dukes County Multi-jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan presented by JoAnn Taylor on March 8, 2016 to the Board of Selectmen.
  • The Board reviewed the suggested amendments submitted by Ms. Malkin
  • Lilienthal Salt Meadow Road-Certificate of Compliance:
  • It was decided that Ms. Christy would contact Mr. Posin to review the road before the next meeting of the Board.
  • Frank Dunkl letter re Environmental Notification Form for Mill Brook:
  • The Board reviewed the letter.
  • Review of Town of Aquinnah Public Hearing Notice:
  • Mr. Osnoss asked Ms. Christy to place this notice on the agenda for the next Board meeting.
  • FEMA Flood Data information from the MVC:
  • Mr. Osnoss asked Ms. Christy to request illustrative documents from Chris Seidel of the MVC for the next meeting.
  • Minutes:
  • The minutes from March 28, 2016 were not reviewed.
  • Next Meetings:
  • Mr. Osnoss stated that the next meeting of the Board will tentatively be May 9, 2016 unless other items are submitted in which case the next meeting may be April 25, 2016.
  • ANNUAL TOWN MEETING, April 25, 2016, 7:30PM
