Chilmark Planning Board Subcommittee Meeting
September 28, 2015

Meeting called to order at 3:35PM:
- Ms. Malkin gave a very brief summary of the changes that the bill would make to the law.
- Ms. Christy is requested to send the ZBA another copy of the Historic Structure bylaw amendment.
- Ms. Christy was directed to make a two-sided copy of the Biennial Report for the upcoming STM and the subcommittee will alert voters that they have been provided a copy of the report and to please ask questions.
- It was discussed whether a Board member or Ms. Goff would be available to attend the ZBA meeting and/ or the BOS on the 20th of October. Ms. Christy was asked to wait to hear from the ZBA on the 13th of October before inviting Pam Goff to a meeting with the ZBA and/or BOS on October 20th.
- The subcommittee members reviewed the final flowchart drafts ZBA and the overall Summary.
- The subcommittee reviewed the ZBA chart and determined it was complete.
- In Summary chart, changes were made. It was determined that the Site Review “mini” flowchart is not needed.
- Other changes were made to the summary and the ZBA charts.
- Minutes from Sept. 14, 2015 were not approved.
