Chilmark Planning Board Subcommittee Meeting
August 10, 2015

Meeting called to order at 3:37PM:
- The subcommittee members reviewed the flowchart drafts and the comments provided by Chuck and Marina on the SRC, BOH, ZBA charts.
- Ms. Weidner inquired as to the goal of the flowcharts. Mr. Greenbaum and Ms. Malkin both agreed the goals are flowcharts for use by staff and the general public and a tool to identify the needs for updating the ZBLs.
- Ms. Weidner stated her desire to develop the flowcharts, identifying areas of disconnect between the bylaws and practice, and then present the flowcharts to the Board of Selectmen.
- Ms. Malkin & Mr. Greenbaum agreed to this suggested process.
- The subcommittee members reviewed the flowchart drafts and the comments provided by Chuck and Marina on the SRC, BOH, ZBA charts.
- Changes were made to the ZBA flowchart.
- Minutes from July 27, 2015 were reviewed. They were approved with no changes.
