Meeting called to order at 9:35AM:
- Accessory Apartment Bylaw Amendment:
- A general discussion occurred about the possible future ramifications of the Accessory Apartment bylaw amendment.
- Concerns regarding how the accessory apartments may be used by wealthy homeowners to house workers were discussed.
- Jessica Roddy requested that David Vigneault and Lenny Jason attend the public hearing on December 8th.
- Discussion occurred regarding the presentation of the bylaw draft at the public hearing on December 8, 2014.
- The subcommittee members reviewed the PowerPoint presentation and revised a few slides to simplify and streamline the presentation.
- Minutes: Nov. 10 & 24, 2014 Minutes were not reviewed.
