Meeting called to order at 4:30 PM.
- Planning Board Subcommittee Update:
- Joan & Jessica updated the Board on the progress with the accessory apartment draft bylaw amendment work.
- Joan updated the Board on the noise bylaw issue. Joan suggested the recommendation that the Board wait to see how the fall progresses and ask Jennifer to communicate this to the Armstrongs and Ms. Cingle. Joan also recommended to the Board that Jennifer request measurements from the Armstrongs and Ms. Cingle as well.
- The Board agreed with these recommendations.
- Biennial Review of the Residential Size Regulations Bylaw Amendment Update:
- The Board discussed the process.
- Dan asked whether the biennial review document should be sent to the ZBA and the Building Inspector. Joan suggested waiting to do this until 2015 to be ready for the ATM.
- The Board agreed to postpone. Dan asked Jennifer to place the topic on a November agenda to prepare for a meeting with the ZBA and the BI in January 2015.
- Bylaw Amendment Timing and process:
- The Board discussed the three possible amendments: pool hydrants, accessory apartment, and historic houses. The Board agreed that the Annual Town Meeting would be the right place to put forward these three bylaw amendments.
- Correspondence from Town Committee on Squibnocket:
- The Board discussed any possible input for the committee.
- The Board decided there is no input at this time.
- Correspondence from Bill Veno re CPTC:
- The Board discussed any possible input for the committee.
- April 14, June 23, & July 14 draft minutes were reviewed. All meeting minutes were approved as written.
