Meeting called to order at 4:30 PM.
- Quenames Road Discussion:
- Discussion occurred regarding Quenames Road adequacy. Discussion occurred regarding the Form A for George Rivera that was endorsed on March 11, 2013.
- Discussion occurred regarding follow-up with applicants regarding required town road specifications.
- Discussion occurred about past development history on Quenames Road and the surrounding properties.
- Discussion occurred about what the minutes from the March 10, 2013 meeting show concerning the discussion with Rivera at the meeting on the evening his Form A was endorsed.
- The Board took no action.
- Preliminary Discussion, Harris Property on North Road :
- Mr. Silva presented the draft plan.
- Fred Hancock, Chairman of the MVC, presented the scenic roads initiative.
Mark London showed a powerpoint presentation and noted the Scenic Roads Committee’s first meeting.
Brief discussion occurred regarding what scenic means, concerns of the Board members regarding roads, and opinions about what improvements would be most desired or needed.
- The Planning Board recommended the appointment of Dan Greenbaum as Chimark’s representative to the Scenic Roads Committee at the MVC.
- The minutes from March 24, 2014 were reviewed. The minutes were approved with no changes.
