Subcommittee Meeting
March 10, 2014
Present: Janet Weidner, Acting Chair, Dan Greenbaum, Joan Malkin

Meeting called to order at 3:00PM:
- Ms. Weidner and Ms. Malkin discussed what the agenda should be for the coming weeks.
It was agreed that the subcommittee should focus on current planning issues rather than the comprehensive review.
- Discussion occurred about Marina Lent’s ‘small house’ powerpoint draft proposal.
- It was determined that the subcommittee would like to ask more questions of the Housing Committee and Marina. Ms. Weidner asked Ms. Christy to contact the Housing Committee and Marina and arrange a time for the committee to meet with the subcommittee in approximately one month. Ms. Christy was also asked to invite Pam Bunker, the assistant assessor, to help the subcommittee determine the number of undersized and/or unbuildable lots that exist in town.
- Discussion occurred about also inviting Pam Goff and the Historical Commission to the next meeting to discuss the idea of a bylaw amendment that would help protect historical homes.
