Meeting called to order at 4:30 PM.
  • MVLB Correspondence re 100’ Vegetative Buffers:
  • Chair Osnoss opened the discussion.
  • The Board voted unanimously to state to the MVLB that the 100’ vegetative buffer condition on the original June 8, 2009 definitive subdivision approval (Map 11, Parcel 45 & 46 for the Town of Chilmark) does not apply to the Land Bank’s trailhead and trail.
  • Nabs Corner Definitive Subdivision:
  • Signatures were made on the land court plan.
  • Form A, June B. Tabor:
  • Reid Silva presented the application.
  • Discussion occurred.
  • Mr. Posin moved to endorse the Form A. Mr. Flender seconded. The plan was endorsed unanimously.
  • Form A, Engley House (Nabs Corner):
  • Kara Shemeth presented the application.
  • Discussion occurred.
  • Mr. Posin moved to endorse the Form A. Ms. Weidner seconded. The plan was endorsed unanimously.
  • Roads:
  • Discussion occurred regarding the oversight of roads and ways within subdivisions.
  • Minutes:
  • The minutes from February 18, 2014 were reviewed. The minutes were accepted with no changes.
  • Next Meeting: March 24, 2014
