Meeting called to order at 4:36 PM.
- PUBLIC HEARING: Proposed Zoning Bylaw (ZBL) amendments:
- Chair Osnoss opened the public hearing, continued, at 4:36PM.
- Discussion occurred with Town Counsel regarding the proposed bylaws.
- Mr. Doty made a statement and distributed a proposed warrant article. Mr. Doty proposed the Planning Board discontinue deliberation of proposed zoning bylaws until after the Annual Town Meeting and only if the town votes in favor of continuing to move forward on the Squibnocket beach & parking project.
- Mr. Doty further explained that this warrant article would place the work the Planning Board and the Board of Selectmen are doing currently on hold. At the Annual Town Meeting, the voters may debate the concept and vote on whether to direct the Selectmen to continue working on the concept.
- Ms. Weidner made a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Greenbaum seconded the motion. All ayes.
- The minutes from February 10, 2014 were reviewed. The minutes were accepted with no changes.
