Meeting called to order at 4:40 PM.
- The Board reviewed correspondence from the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Fire Chief and a copy of the letter received by the Highway Superintendent from Nat Stillman re Map 8, Lot 48 curb cut issue.
- Ms. Weidner noted the postponement of the Board of Appeals hearings originally scheduled for October 23, 2013 and described a conversation she had with Chuck Hodgkinson regarding notification limits. Ms. Christy was designated by Chair Thompson to call town counsel to inquire about the question related to notification requirements.
- Ms. Weidner updated the Board on the progress of the subcommittee’s work reviewing the Zoning Bylaws and possible amendments to them.
- Form A Application, Great Rock Bight Ltd. Partnership, Map 9, Lot 2.1:
- Mr. Silva reviewed the application.
- Discussion occurred regarding homesite lots/youth lots and how they originate.
- Ms. Weidner made a motion to endorse the Form A. Mr. Greenbaum seconded the motion. All ayes. Plans were signed by the Board members.
- The minutes from Oct. 15, 2013 were not reviewed.
- The correspondence from the Fire Chief was reviewed. The correspondence from Nat Stillman to the Highway Superintendent was reviewed. The Chair asked Ms. Christy to find out more about the Map 8, Lot 48 lot and the process for approving a curb cut to access that lot. The ZBA schedule was also discussed. Mr. Greenbaum, Janet Weidner and Chair Thompson will all attend the ZBA hearings on November 20, 2013.
- Next Meeting: Nov. 12, 2013 (Tuesday).
