Meeting called to order at 11:04AM
- Discussion occurred about the status of research for documents.
- Ms. Weidner asked Ms. Christy to locate two additional pieces of information for the next meeting: documents detailing the discussion of the use of 3 acres as a starting point and the data showing existing dwelling size and lot size
- Chair Thompson and Ms. Weidner discussed how to proceed.
- It was determined the best way to proceed would be to collect all the discussed documents by the next meeting and to review with the goal of sending the documents to Ms. Malkin in order for her to produce a summary of the process of bylaw development.
Sept. 17, 2013 Minutes were reviewed. Chair Thompson moved to approve the minutes as amended. Ms. Weidner seconded the motion. Both members voted to approve the minutes as amended.
