Meeting Called to Order: 4:02PM
- Discussion occurred regarding possible amendments the Residential Bylaw at the Annual Town Meeting that evening.
- Discussion occurred regarding the process of an Australian Ballot
- Discussion occurred regarding the definition and allowance of habitable space, particularly studios and workshops.
- Discussion occurred regarding the rationale for the rate of increase if it is amended on the floor to a number different than 250 sq. ft. per acre.
- Discussion occurred regarding the impact of the threshold and limit on smaller lots.
- The subcommittee voted unanimously to not display lists of map & lot numbers and total living area amounts prior to the town meeting.
