Review of Proposed Bylaw Informational Brochure Prepared for Voter Mailing:
- Discussion of brochure draft.
Review of Proposed Q & As and Rationales for Caps & Thresholds:
- Discussion of rationales and whether the versions from November accurately reflect the rationale the Board has now.
- Discussion of Q & A drafts submitted by Ms. Malkin & Mr. Greenbaum
Minutes :
- Minutes from March 13, 2013 were reviewed & approved with no changes.
