APPROVED Meeting Minutes
Monday, March 11, 2013 @ 4:30 PM
Present: Janet Weidner, Chair, Catherine Thompson, Andrew Fischer, Mitch Posin, Daniel Greenbaum, John Flender, Rich Osnoss
Not Present:
Public: George Rivera, George Sourati, Jessica Roddy, Reid Silva, Chief David Norton, Fran & Phil Demers, Dyan Schmidt, John Demers, Marshall E. Carroll, III, Marcia Cini, Donald Sexton, Jr.
- Meeting was called to order by Chair Janet Weidner at 4:30 p.m.
Form A, George Rivera Map 17, Lot 21.1:
- Mr. Sourati was present to respond to questions regarding the Form A application.
- Mr. Posin reported on the condition of the road. He stated it was adequate.
- Mr. Osnoss made a motion to endorse the Form A application. Mr. Posin seconded the motion. The motion was endorsed unanimously.
Minutes:
- February 11, 2013 Minutes were reviewed and approved with changes.
Review of Subcommittee’s Proposed Bylaws Brochure DRAFT:
- Discussion about brochure occurred. Small changes were suggested.
Public Hearing, Form C Application Khedouri Map 11, Lots 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 & 1.1:
- Chair Weidner opened the public hearing at 5:00PM. The Chair read aloud the public posting for the hearing and read aloud the letters received in response to the abutter notification notices: one letter from Zoe Pechter & Simon Thompson and another letter from the Wayside Condominium group.
- Reid Silva reviewed the plans for widening an existing 20 ft. right of way to a 40 ft. right of way with the Board.
- Discussion occurred regarding the fate of the current Bartlett Woods road: will it be closed off and landscaped or kept as a ‘fire’ road, as required in the first Form C application approval? Mr. Carroll was in favor of closing off the current Bartlett Woods road.
- The Fire Chief was present and noted a problem with the current address of Wayside Farm. The issue was briefly discussed and determined by Chair Weidner to be placed on a future agenda.
- Chair Weidner reviewed aloud the January 2011 conditions identified on the original Khedouri Form C Application approval. It was determined that #s 1-6 & 8 should remain, while #7 was eliminated and replaced with, “Upon completion of new road, the old Bartlett Woods road will be filled in to existing grade and replanted with similar plants.”
Mr. Carroll stated his support of the Form C Application.
Public Hearing was closed at 5:35PM.
- Mr. Posin made a motion to approve the definitive subdivision plan. Ms. Thompson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Public Hearing, Form C Application Hannemann Map 26, Lots 66.4 & 67.1:
- Chair Weidner opened the public hearing at 5:45PM. The Chair read aloud the public posting for the hearing.
- Reid Silva reviewed the plans.
- Mr. Sexton, an abutter, read a prepared statement in which he voiced his concerns.
- Mr. Posin suggested the Board do a site visit on March 25, 2013. It was agreed to meet at the Town Hall at 4:15PM on March 25, 2013 to do a site visit of the proposed road change on the Hannemann & Barbara Green Estate.
- Mr. Greenbaum moved to continue the public hearing at 4:15PM on March 25, 2013. The motion was seconded. All ayes.

With no more business to discuss, Chair Weidner adjourned the meeting at 6:30 pm.
