Meeting Called to Order: 10:03AM
- Discussion regarding the applicability of campaign finance laws and COI laws to the mailing of warrant article information and public forums.
Review of Proposed Bylaw Informational Brochure Prepared for Voter Mailing:
- Discussion of brochure draft.
Appt. of New Subcommittee Member:
- Chair Weidner moved to appoint Jessica Roddy to the Planning Board Subcommittee. The motion was seconded by Ms. Malkin and brought to a vote. All ayes.
Minutes :
- Minutes from March 6, 2013 were reviewed & approved with no changes.
