Minutes :
- Minutes from January 25, 2013 and January 29, 2013 were approved with changes.
Discussion of Feb. 11, 2013 Planning Board Meeting:
- Chair Weidner outlined the agenda for the upcoming Planning Board meeting. She noted her intention to bring the proposed bylaws to a vote at the meeting on the 11th.
Discussion of proposed Detached Bedroom Definition bylaw:
- There was discussion about whether the DBR definition is consistent with the current guest house bylaw regulations.
- The subcommittee recommended that the Planning Board remove the entire second paragraph of the proposed Detached Bedroom Section 2.23 and replace with new wording: ‘The Total Living Area of a Detached Bedroom plus the area of any roof-covered areas enclosed by walls or screening may not exceed 400 sq. ft.’
Forums, Mailings, ATM Handout:
- Chair Weidner requested Ms. Christy call Library Director re the use of the Library’s meeting room on March 27th & April 11th at 5PM.
- The subcommittee recommended the Board send out an informational mailing by April 8, 2013.
- Ms. Malkin & Ms. Thompson volunteered to create a handout for the Annual Town Meeting and to coordinate the effort with Everett Poole, Moderator. Ms. Christy agreed to reserve the small conference room for Ms. Malkin & Ms. Thompson.
