APPROVED Meeting Minutes

Not Present: Mitch Posin, Andrew Fischer
- Meeting was called to order by Chairman Janet Weidner at 4:35 p.m.
Flowchart Discussion:
- A draft of the Residential Permitting Summary Chart was introduced and discussed.
- Discussion occurred regarding usefulness and arrangement of chart
- Chair Weidner explained her view that the chart-making process has been helpful for the identification of areas in a permitting process that may need attention and/or could allow a “trigger”.
Correspondence:Alyssa Dubin of WallaceMV Real Estate re Map 11, Lot 2.5
- Board members discussed the request of Alyssa Dubin. Board members attempted to determine, using the map Ms. Dubin supplied and other maps found in the files, where Lot 2.5 is located. It was not successfully located and Chair Weidner asked Ms. Christy to contact Ms. Dubin for more information.
Correspondence:Hemenway & Barnes letter
- Board members discussed the letter and took no action.
Eileen S. Mayhew Revocable Trust: Form A, Map 33, Lot 121:
- Board members signed the Determination That Subdivision Approval is Not Required Letter.
Minutes:
- Minutes were reviewed from January 9, 2012. Approved with amendments.
- Minutes were reviewed from May 29, 2012. Approved as written.
Next Meeting: June 25, 2012, 4:30 PM
With no more business to discuss, Chair Weidner adjourned the meeting at 6:00 pm.
