Meeting began at 3:35 p.m.
Members continued a working session developing drafts of Chilmark Permitting Flow Charts (according to the current Zoning Bylaws, town bylaws, MGL, etc…).
Members prepared a draft of the Residential Summary Flowchart to present at the Planning Board meeting at 4:30 p.m.

May 10, 2012: Approved, all ayes.
Meeting was adjourned at 4:20 pm.
