Meeting began at 10:30 a.m.
Members continued a working session developing a draft of a Chilmark Permitting Flow Chart for a Buildable Lot flowchart (according to the current Zoning Bylaws).
Members progressed towards completing three flowchart drafts:
- Summary of Permitting Process
- Site Review Process
- Planning Board Approval Process
- ZBA Special Permit/Variance Process
Next meeting to continue work on drafts was scheduled for Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in 1st floor meeting room, Town Hall.
