Meeting Minutes

Feiner Form A discussion:
Cathy Thompson, acting Chair, opened the discussion at 4:35pm. Mr. Feiner was not present to review plan.
The date the Plan was submitted was February 23, 2012. After little discussion, the Planning Board agreed that this plan met the criteria of a Form A but did not show the note restricting the 3 acre lot from having a guest house. There was a note referencing the Filed Variance of the ZBA which did list the condition of no guest house. Last meeting the Board had encouraged Mr. Feiner to include on the Plan the conditions of the ZBA and show: 15’ no cut zone; no guest house; Deed Restriction; Building envelope for lot 1 setbacks; written permission/ acknowledgment of Denise Page.
After some discussion the Board took no action.
This Plan will go the Town Clerk for endorsement after the 21 days have expired, which is March 15th. The Board asked Todd to find out if a variance would follow this plan and be registered also.
Joan Malkin was present to discuss briefly her attendance at the site-review committee. She discussed the idea of the Town having a clerk of the works for larger projects. The Building Inspector is the Enforcement Agent for such projects for the town but a clerk of the works would add extra oversight.
