Assistant
Guest: Liz Gude
Liz Gude -Youth placeLot Proposal:
Liz Gude discussed the possibility of creating a Youth Lot on her 6.2-acre property.
The Planning Board advised Liz that it would be more appropriate to designate the lot
as a Resident Homesite Lot rather than a Youth Lot, since the proposed recipient did
not meet youth lot criteria. The lot should be no less than an acre. It also needs
to have100 feet of frontage on addressStreetSouth Road and be at least100 feet wide. The Planning
Board advised Liz to hire an engineer to and have the engineer develop the
subdivision plan. Liz would be willing to give deeded access to the property as well
as share a driveway. She is very interested in an alternative septic system design for
the property. She will need approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals and the
Board of Health. The Planning Board thanked Liz for her interest in creating a
Resident Home Site lot on her property.

into consideration and asked Lisa Specht, Administrative Assistant to send a letter
thanking them for their input.
There was discussion about taking a ten-foot swath from an abutting property by
