Planning Board Meeting
September 11, 2006

Minutes of August 28, 2006 were discussed, amended, and approved as amended.
Menemsha Inn Road issues – the recommendation from counsel is that the planning board not get involved in this issue.
Howland Subdivision - The Planning Board has on file the signed Form C for the Howland subdivision. The rate of development has been fulfilled in the eyes of the town. It was stated that Mr. Barbini, who requested the information, inform the Building Inspector, Site Review Committee and the Squibnocket Pond District Committee of the plan for the lot in question.
Hornblower lot – It was mentioned that the buildable status of a Hornblower lot on Quitsa Pond may come before the Planning Board sometime in the future.
Warrant Article – After much discussion of Article 1 of the Warrant for Special Town Meeting the Board stated that they were behind the process and were anxious to see the plans for the Middle Line Project.
Proposed homesite lot by George Rivera – Mr. Rivera will be invited to the next Planning Board Meeting to discuss his proposal.
There was discussion of the Rules and Regulations of the Zoning Bylaws, Specifically 1.03. The rate of development was also reviewed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7pm.
