Planning Board Minutes
October 24, 2005
4:30p.m.
Town Hall

Present:        William Meegan, Chair, Rusty Walton, Janet Weidner, John Flender, Richard Osnoss, and Deborah Cini, Administrative Assistant.

Public: Elisha Wiesner and Zachary Wiesner.


Call to Order:
Mr. Meegan opened the meeting at 4:30p.m.

Wiesner ANR Form A Map 30 Parcel 76:
Mr. Wiesner came before the Board in September for an ANR Form A application. After brief review the ANR was reviewed and sent to the MVC since the application is with in a former DRI. The MVC returned a letter to the Board stating they approve the application and the Planning Board can proceed with the permitting process. The Board reviewed the application as approved by the MVC and Mr. Walton moved to approve. Mr. Meegan seconded the motion. Motion unanimously approved.  The Board signed the ANR Form A approval and the corresponding linen.

Minutes:
The minutes of October 11, 2005 were approved with two amendments.

Planning Board appointment:
The Planning Board had an inquiry into an appointment to the Chilmark Housing Committee, but the inquiring party did not show. The appointment was postponed.

Joint Meeting on Wednesday November 16, 2005 @ 7:00p.m. in Town Hall:
Mr. Meegan reminded the Board of the upcoming meeting of the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board and Conservation Commission.  This meeting is to discuss a plan for the Peaked Hill Pastures and other town assets and interests.

Potential Zoning Bylaws:
The Board discussed the potential of the Wireless Bylaw Mr. Kenyon submitted to the Board. The Planning Board feels the current ZBL is sufficient to address wireless concerns. The Board also discussed the West Tisbury Multi-Family Housing Bylaw submitted by Mr. Feiner. The Board requests Mr. Feiner attend the next meeting to discuss the addition of such a bylaw in the current Zoning Bylaws.
