Planning Board Minutes
September 27th, 2004
4:30p.m.
Chilmark Town Hall
Present: William Meegan-Chair, Tip Kenyon, Mitchell Posin, John Flender, Russell Walton, and Richard Osnoss, and Deborah Cini.
Absent: Annabel Dietz
William Meegan called the meeting to order at 4:30p.m.
It was asked how Annabel was doing and it was mentioned that she was in the hospital. William Meegan asked if we could send flowers. Deborah Cini stated that she would take care of it.
The minutes from September 13, 2004 were discussed and tabled until next meeting on October 12, 2004. There was a request for the Thumb Cove Association agreement before approving the minutes.
The Massachusetts Federation of Planning and Appeals Boards annual conference was brought to the attention of the board. The conference is Oct. 23, 2004 in Worcester, MA. It was discussed and Richard Osnoss is considering going but will call Deborah Cini on Tuesday to confirm yea or nay. Deborah Cini has registered herself for the conference.
Presented before the Board were two decisions from the ZBA and the ZBA upcoming applications. These applications were:
Peter Rodegast for Hamermesh; 13 West Farm Rd. Map 12 Lot 27.
Sam Sherman for Urban; 6 West Meadow. Map 30 Lot 36
Bonnie Waitzkin 6 Ocean View Farm Road. Map 25 Lot 113
Glenn Provost for Jeffers; 14 Squibnocket Rd. Map 35 Lot 17.1
Town of Chilmark 55 Tabor House Rd. Map 13 Lot 28
Abutters appeal for Tea Lane Nursery; Tea Lane Map 7 Lots 10.2 & 10.7
The Planning Board had no comment on the above.
The mail was discussed.
Special Town Meeting was discussed.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
