	Chilmark Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING December 14, 2015 at 4:45 PM, in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Hall. To amend the Zoning bylaws of the town Section 6.9 Homesite Housing to 1.) provide that the Town of Chilmark may be the “applicant-owner” when developing land for transfer or lease to a person who meets the qualifications of the Chilmark Housing Committee under the Homesite Housing Implementation Guidelines, and 2.) “adopt bylaws designating the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority” to administer and enforce the Martha’s Vineyard housing needs covenants, as authorized by Chapter 445 of the Acts of 2004, if so created by the town. Copies of the text are available in the office of the Town Clerk for public inspection.
