FINAL
Present for the Park & Recreation Committee and attending the meeting were: Andy Goldman, Chairman, Jane Slater, Julie Flanders, Warren Doty, Tim Carroll and Chuck Hodgkinson. Also attending were: Stanley Larsen, Marshall Carroll, John Larsen, Peter Cook, Everett Poole, Donald Poole, Bob Sloan, Tim Broderick and Michael Holtham.
The meeting came to order at 10:04 AM. Mr. Goldman welcomed everyone in attendance and reviewed the meeting’s agenda.
On motion duly made seconded and passed the 10/5/16 minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
The Committee then discussed on a line by line reading the Bulkhead Rules and Regulations and the Bulkhead Lease form.
After a full discussion the Chair agreed to undertake to create new documents based on the consensus expressed at the meeting which, following Committee approval and Public Hearing, would replace the old documents.~
ADMINISTRATION
The next meeting will be Thursday, December 8, 2016 @ 8:00 AM. Subsequent meetings will also be held on the second Thursday of each month @ 8:00 AM unless posted otherwise.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 11:10 AM.
