- Open Public Hearing to receive public comment on the updated Bulkhead Lease and the updated Bulkhead Rules and Regulations.
- After the hearing is closed discuss the lease and rules and regulations.
- If the Committee is comfortable with the final drafts vote to formally adopt each document – one motion for each document.
- Open the regular meeting after the hearing’s business is concluded.
- Review and approve draft 12/8/16 meeting minutes.
- Review the current, updated in-season, off-season lists of retail products sold on the bulkhead lots and any requests for additional products:
- Menemsha Fish Market plus, request to renew the lease
for 2017.
- Larsen’s Fish Market.
- Menemsha Texaco.
