Present:~ Norman, Ebba, Jane and Kristin
Meeting called to order at 9 a.m.
No minutes.
Art Programs in order, the Chilmark school students will have the~
month of March for their exhibits.
The meeting room will be painted during the month of Feb.
Bldg and grounds:~ Ebba has arranged to have a lock box mounted in the~
entry so that the Friends can get in for their two weekend programs.~~
It will hold the key.~ A motion was made and seconded by the trustees~
to approve the use of a lock box on weekends.
Ebba described the new on line language program Mango and the French~
language program.~ The Wed. afternoon program is using the new program~
for a French language program.
Ebba described the budget hearing of Feb. 2.~ She reported on end of~
year donations that have come in.
The annual book sale of the Friends resulted in approximately the same~
income.~ They were pleased with the public support.
There was some discussion of the Community Center plans for~
expansion.~ The trustees expressed concern about the parking and the~
con-joined water system.
Trustees passed a motion to accept the town report written by the~
Director for the annual town report.
Meeting adjourned at 10 a.m.~ Next meeting to be Feb. 23, 2012.
