Chilmark Library~ Trustees meeting
February 16, 2010
Present: Norman, Jane, Ebba and Kristin.~ Called to order 9:01 a.m.
No minutes.
Art Program: no problems, no report
Bldg and Grounds: Snowplowing going ok, Ebba spoke to Keith to be~
aware of elderly and children’s needs for access to entrance.
Programs: no problems, no report
No financial report this month.
We discussed the dedication of the tree to be planted in Jackie~
Sexton’s memory.~~ Ebba will work out details with the Friends.
The Children’s Art from the Chilmark School will hang in the meeting~
room thru the end of March.
The Historical Comm. will show the documentary Passages of Time in the~
meeting room on Feb.17 at 5 p.m.
Next meeting will be March 23 at 9 a.m.
