Meeting was called to order at 9:00am by the chairman.
Lionette Deed Rider discussion
The committee reviewed the Lionette Deed Rider, now titled Lionette Covenant, draft from town council RRKH. Section 7 Rental Limitations required extensive editing to remove discrepancies, particularly renting of Homesites at affordable (six weeks) and market rates (4 weeks max), and to whom (owner in premises/owner not in premises).
Appraisal of Homesites
In order to hire an appraiser to determine the replacement value at time of completion of Nab’s Corner and Middle Line Road homes a proposal for quotes will be advertised.
Minutes from 4/11/19 were approved as written.
