Committee Members Present: Jim Feiner, Jessica Roddy, Michelle Leonardi, Andy Goldman, Bill Rossi, Ann Wallace, Jessie Holtham (admin)
Others Present: Tim Carroll, Jessica Bradlee
Meeting was called to order at 10:00am.
Discussed the proposed flyer draft “How You Can Help with Affordable Housing”.
No edits were made to the body of text. Discussed adding an image/map to the blank backside. Due to time constraint no backside edits were made.
Admin read aloud the MGL Chapter 60 3A law governing the inclusion of nonpolitical municipal informational material in property tax bill mailings.
Discussed postage requirements as provided by law.
Tax collector joined the meeting at 10:15am to confirm postage and mailing procedures.
Committee members volunteered to stuff the tax bill envelopes with the Housing flyer.
Jim Feiner made a motion seconded by Ann to recommend to the Board of Selectmen the flyer be included in the upcoming December 2017 tax bill mailing. 6 Ayes.
Meeting adjourned 10:18am.
