Committee Members Present: Andy Goldman, Ann Wallace, Bill Rossi, Roland Kluver, Jessica Roddy, and William Randol

Committee Members Absent: Jim Feiner, Michelle Leonardi
Meeting called to order by acting chairman Andy Goldman at 9:00am.
Discussed proposed edits by the planning board to the “How YOU Can Help with Affordable Housing” flyer and various edits/suggestions by Housing Committee members. Flyer was approved as amended and scheduled for final presentation by Jess Roddy to the Planning Board Monday June 12, tentative print date Thursday June 15.
Admin proposed office hours change to Thursdays 9:30am – 12:30pm with the remaining 2 hours as flexible Monday + Tuesday afternoons. Admin office hours approved by the committee.
It was suggested to set up a voicemail forwarder from the Housing desk to email and daily checking of phone messages.
Bill Rossi will add Pasture Road discussion of Town lots for next affordable housing site to Selectmen’s meeting agenda.
Existing subdivision map shows three 3-acre lots. Could move municipal Highway and Shellfish Dept. buildings across Tabor House Rd. to another town parcel leaving Pasture Road as residential-only.
Adam Turner, MVCC, will be invited to join the next Housing Committee meeting on-site at Pasture Hill Road.
Minutes from 3/9/17 meeting were approved as amended.
