Committee Members Present: Andy Goldman, Ann Wallace, Bill Rossi, Michelle Leonardi, Jessica Roddy, Jim Feiner, Roland Kluver

Meeting called to order at 1:00pm.
Minutes from 10/4/16 approved.
Planning Board member Peter Cook joined the meeting to discuss the Housing Production Plan (HPP) process.
Workforce housing was discussed with suggestion to look at other seasonal models, ex. Aspen.
How important is workforce housing for Chilmark? The need for workforce housing has not been quantified.
Discussed how AirBnB rentals currently do not pay a rental tax/fee, unlike Bed and Breakfasts that are subject to tax. Discussion to be continued.
Next meeting scheduled Tuesday January 10, 2016, 1:00pm.
