Chairman called the meeting to order at 2:30pm.
Approved minutes from 12/1/15 CHC meeting.
Discussion of DCRHA FY2017 Admin request; $317,990 Island-wide total, of which $35,393 is the Town of Chilmark’s portion. This will be a 23% increase as the DCRHA plans to increase staff - its first staffing increase since 2008.
J.Feiner made a motion to approve the Chilmark Housing Committee Budget for FY2017. A.Wallace seconded the motion. The FY2017 Housing Committee budget was unanimously approved.
Discussion of the Planning Board 12/14/15 Public Hearing on proposed amendments to Zoning bylaws, Section 6.9 Homesite Housing topics was postponed and moved to next scheduled meeting.
