The meeting was called to order at 3:00PM
Workshop Review:
- Tim Carroll presented and read through a draft agenda for the Thursday Nab’s Corner Workshop.
- Discussion occurred regarding how to answer the question of how big a house they may be able to build. It was suggested that the cost for a house will be approximately $200-300/ sq. ft. for an average house.
- Discussion occurred regarding the costs for readying the site: septic, well pump installation, and utilities. Brief discussion occurred about coordinating a group purchase of site infrastructure.

- All questions were reviewed and answered.
Review of draft letters to applicants:
- Draft letters were reviewed and amended.
