               Christina Soulagnet, Administrative Assistant

Call To Order
Andy Goldman, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m.

Meeting Minutes
The meeting minutes of March 17, 2008 were reviewed.  A motion was made, seconded and the minutes were approved as amended.  
 
New Housing Committee Member
Zee Gamson informed the Committee that Roland Kluver, architect and builder, has agreed to join the Housing Committee.  The members expressed how fortunate the Committee is to have Mr. Kluver's experience and expertise and look forward to working with him.

Middle Line Road Request for Proposal (RFP)
The Board reviewed the draft Middle Line Road Community Housing Program rental application.  This application will be included in the Request for Proposal for Middle Line Road Infrastructure and Rental Unit Development.  Christina will amend the application to reflect the changes discussed by the Committee and forward the revised application to Chuck Hodgkinson, MLR Sub-Committee.

Meeting Schedule
The Committee discussed the upcoming Housing Committee meeting dates.  Due to the completion of the documents and plans for Middle Line Road Housing Program, the Housing Committee's workload has softened, and it was the sense of the members that
the Housing Committee will meet once a month for July and August 2008 and return to
the bi-monthly meetings in September 2008 when the workload is expected to increase again.


With no further business to discuss, Andy Goldman adjourned the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
