Call To Order
Andy called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Meeting Minutes
The committee postponed the review of the meeting minutes of October 15, 2007.

Turner Lots (Land swap between Town/Land Bank/Hillman)
The committee discussed the legal process in obtaining homesite lots from the land swap agreement.  The committee was concerned that the State Legislature step may delay the project.  The committee suggested sending a letter to the Board of Selectmen to support the legislation process, which might help to expedite the procedure.  No action was taken.

Middle addressStreetLine Road Community (MLR) Housing Program:
1.  Legal Documents
Christina distributed a draft set of the legal documents to each member for review.  Andy discussed each document.  The only two documents that need to be developed are the deed rider and the request for proposal.

2.  Timing of the MLR Project
The road access remains an issue.  The Board of Selectmen is continuing the negotiations with the property owners, but negotiations are slow.  A motion was made, seconded and unanimously approved to send a letter of support to the Board of Selectmen in their negotiation efforts.

Lottery Process
The committee discussed the Turner Lots' lottery process.  As it states in the agreement, the Hillman family will choose a recipient for each of the four lots.  The committee anticipates the list that they will pick from would contain only a profile of the qualified applicant and number of preferences.

Zee excused herself at 5:15 p.m.

As far as the lottery for Middle Line Road Community Housing Program, the committee agreed that every eligible applicant will be picked from the hat and assigned a number.  It is from that list that the recipient is assigned the Homesite.

With no further business to discuss, Andy adjourned the meeting at 5:30 p.m.

Respectfully submitted by Christina Soulagnet, Administrative Assistant.
