Present: Chairman Steve Schwab, Andy Goldman, Zee Gamson, Tim Lasker, Jim Feiner
and Lisa Specht, administrative assistant
Absent: Bill Randol
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:35 pm.
Steve Schwab announced that he was resigning as Chairman of the Housing Committee. He also told the Committee that Lisa Specht, Administrative Assistant, had resigned as well.
Jim Feiner nominated Andy Goldman as Chairman. It was seconded. The vote was three yeas, one abstained, one no vote. Andy was elected Chairman of the Chilmark Housing Committee.
The Committee discussed the Middle Line Road Housing Program at length. Tim Lasker discussed using alternative septic system designs and the possibility of using alternative energy with the community.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 pm
