January 18, 2007
Present: Steve Schwab, Chairman, Zee Gamson, Bill Randol, Andy Goldman and

Absent: Jim Feiner, Tim Lasker
The minutes of December 18, 2007 were amended and approved as amended.
Discussion of the Minutes of the January 4, 2007 Public Hearing was postponed.
During the Public Hearing, there was a great deal of discussion about increasing the asset limit. The Committee continued this discussion and those present agreed to look into increasing the asset limit from $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 for Eligible Purchasers younger than 55 and from $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 for those older than 55 years old.
Andy Goldman received the legal opinion from Reynolds, Rappaport and Kaplan, in regard to the Implementation Guidelines. The Committee discussed the concerns of the letter and agreed to address the concerns when revising the Implementation Guidelines.
The Committee discussed the recommendations that Jeff Day made in regard to the Implementation Guidelines. Lisa and Zee will draft a letter to Jeff in response to his memo.
Lisa will contact the Loan Officers of the local banks in regard to Jeff’s suggestion to send a draft of the Implementation Guidelines for their input on the proposed restrictions.
Zee and Lisa will work on drafting the Homesite Housing Application.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm.
