Public Hearing
In attendance: Molly Flender – Chair, Thaw Malin, Josh Scott, and Deborah Cini.
In attendance from public- none.
Molly Flender called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
The public hearing was held open until 7:45 p.m.
The committee then moved on to committee business.
Molly discussed the impending RFP with the committee and discussed correspondence with Mass. Housing Partnership.
The idea of a CORI check was brought up and a discussion ensued. The idea is to have all Affordable Housing Rental and Housing applicants agree to a CORI check. This would be to ensure the Town of Chilmark has covered all liability.
The committee reviewed the RFP brought up to us by Tim Carroll. Discussion ensued.
The committee reviewed the guidelines for the change of the by-law.
The meeting concluded at 9:00p.m.
