- Meeting minutes: Review May 17, 2016 meeting minutes.
- Peter Rodegast: Review proposed change to the window design for the historic Vytlacil house on Squibnocket Road. The owner does not want to install six panes over six windows on the east and south sides of the historic house as recommended by the Historical Commission on January 28, 2016. The owner wants to install windows with two panes over one to maximize the view. The Zoning Board of Appeals issued a Special Permit for the renovations with the condition that the Historical Commission provides the final approval to the window design.

- Town Hall Plaque Dedication: June 16, 2016 from 11 am – 12 noon
- Location: Town Hall front lawn
