- TEA LANE FARMHOUSE: Krishana Collins would like to review her renovation plans for the historic Tea Lane Farmhouse. The ground lease for the property requires the Historical Commission and Board of Selectmen to approve the plans.
Also discuss Josh Scott’s suggestion to document artifacts found in the farmhouse.
- STONE WALL RESTORATION: Review the previously agreed plans to restore the stone walls along Middle Road – Map 19 Lot 17; Map 19 Lot 61; Map 13 Lot 26. Jimmy Morgan revised his quote to include all three stone walls to $4,000. His original estimate of $2,500 was for two of the three planned stone wall restoration projects on Map 19 Lots 17 and 61.
- MASSACHUSETTS HISTORICAL COMMISSION LETTER: Discuss how to respond to the request for updates on 9 historic structures in Chilmark.
- MEETING MINUTES: Review October 24, 2012 meeting minutes.
- NEXT MEETING: The next regular meetings will be scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month -- Tuesday, January 15 @ 5:00 PM.
