- Week of August 13-Chilmark History Week at the Library: Review final summer lecture on preserving gravestones, workshop plans:
- August 15, 16 – Kai Nalenz—Gravestone Services of New England.
- Identify 8 workshop attendees for 8/16.
- August 16 - Bruce Clouette Barn House Library Talk.
- Review Hammett Farm renovation letter sent to the Planning Board and the
Building Inspector.
- Review letter to Michael Van Valkenburgh on his selection as the 2012 recipient of the Historical Commission award.
- June 13, 2012 Meeting Minutes.
