- Review proposed relocation and renovation of the historic Hammett-Eisold Farmhouse; 4 Hammet Lane; # 23 historic resource in Town Master Plan; circa 1762 “half house with ell” was previously moved 100 feet south.
- Review FY 2012 and FY 2013 Budgets and projected expenses.
- Encumber unused FY 2012 funds for FY 2013.
- Week of August 13-Chilmark History Week at the Library: Review final summer lecture on preserving gravestones, workshop plans and cost estimate:
- August 15, 16 – Kai Nalenz—Gravestone Services of New England.
- August 16 - Bruce Clouette Barn House Library Talk.
- Mayhew Family Lithograph Restoration Update: Est. Completion: September 2012. Total Est. Cost: $1,065
- Letter sent to Jesse Little Doe Baird 4/24.
