Muglia, 3 Blue Barque Road (17-38.1 & 38.2) The Board had insufficient information available to conclude that a Form C Subdivision Plan prepared by Chris Alley was feasible, since the test hole location was not indicated on the plan.
Emin, 14 Fannie’s Way, (13-10.2) The Board approved a Form C Subdivision Plan prepared by Reid Silva. The space is limited, but will support a system in full compliance with Chilmark BOH requirements.
LoRusso, 377 South Road (25-54) Cody Coutinho discussed with the Board the homeowner’s plan to add an addition to existing house. A previous tie-in to existing septic system shows six bedroom capacity for a five-bedroom house. The Board asked Marina Lent to do a bedroom count on the property.
Jardin, 14 Ocean View Farm Road (25-101) Cody Coutinho discussed with the Board the possibility of capacity expansion at the property. The Board noted that consideration of expansion would require a public hearing and abutter notification.
VNA Contract FY’18 The Board asked Marina Lent to summarize the proposed contract and to relate it to contracts held throughout the past 15 years.
