The Board reviewed and approved a Temporary Food Event Permit for Outstanding in the Field at Tea Lane Farm on September 2, 2013 with the following conditions:
- Lamb held at Beach Plum Inn walk-in cooler prior to the event;
- Tuna transported on ice from Larsen’s Fish Market on the day of the event;
- Gloves are a key component to food-safe service at the event;
- Provide the standard food safety warning re: consumption of raw or undercooked products for the raw tuna appetizer;
- Drinking Water will be bottled and from approved source;
- Hand wash sinks with warm running water, equipped with soap and towels will be provided by OitF
- A dishwashing station will be provided by OitF
The meeting adjourned at 5:25pm hours.
