Attendees: Katie Carroll, Mike Renahan, Jan Buhrman, Sylvia Yeomans, J.B.R. Parker, Kent Healy, Reid Silva
Evelyn Newman (33-70) – The Board approved this revision to DW permit #7-22.
Greenberg (21-10, 13 & 14) -- The Board approved an out-of-season perc for this parcel.
Lorna Flanders (32-50) – The Board requested a site drawing for this well permit application.
Lorna Flanders (32-49) – The Board of Health is in receipt of a failed septic inspection report. The Board approved an out-of-season perc for this parcel.
Linda & Paul Leavy (26-75) – The Board asked why the well is sited less than the required 30 feet from the property line. This application is being held for approval.
T.P. Excavation & Septic Service -- The Board approved an application for a Septage Hauler Permit.
Mutual Aid Agreement – The Board signed the Mutual Aid Agreement as part of the Cape & Islands Coalition
The following septic inspection report was received:
Jerome & Carol Kenney (18-59.11) – passes
The Board asked Sylvia to contact Nicole at VNA and find out if the October Nurses Clinic can be a flu clinic.
Sylvia will check the age for flu shots.
The Board asked that Sylvia call Doug Cooper and find out if he can do Reid’s septic inspections. Call Aquinnah also and find out who does inspections there.
Sylvia was asked to find out the total cost of the Menemsha trash tipping fees.
The following invoices were submitted and approved:

MAHB (membership fee) 50.00
MV Refuse District (tipping fees) 4,034.90
