Attendees:   Jan Buhrman, Katie Carroll, Sylvia Yeomans, Reid Silva, Kent Healy

Point Inner Way (33-98, 99 &101) – The Board approved this residential septic system to serve five (5) bedrooms, with the following variances;  1)  A reduction in separation between leaching area and vegetated wetland from 150 ft. to 122 ft.   2)  A reduction in separation between leaching area and salt water body in the coastal district, from 200 ft. to 139 ft.   3) A reduction in separation between leaching area and well from 150 ft. to 101 ft.   4)  A reduction in separation between leaching area and leaching area in the coastal district from 300 ft. to 125 ft.   5)  A reduction in separation between leaching area and property line from 30 ft. to 10 ft.  This system uses a nitrogen reducing Bioclere unit.  A letter must be received from the home owner acknowledging the reduction in separation between well and leaching area.

Carol K. Hulsizer (18-63) – This disposal works application for a four (4) bedroom residential  septic system requires the following variances;  1) A reduction in separation between leaching area and property line from 30 ft. to 6 ft., and  2) a reduction in separation between leaching area and ground water from five (5) ft. to four (4) ft.  A hearing has been scheduled for July 2, 2008 at 5:30 PM.

Donald Sexton (17-40) – The Board approved a disposal works upgrade for a three (3) bedroom residential system.

Leonard Jason Jr. (20-98.2) – The Board approved this disposal works application for a three (3) bedroom                                  residential septic system.  

                                The Board approved a well permit application for this parcel.  The existing                                     well must be properly abandoned.

Tinker (7-1.2) – This sewage disposal system inspection passes.

Captain Flanders House – This food establishment renewal application was received.

Nursing Contract Bids – Two nursing contract bids were received from Visiting Nurses Association and Juleann Van Belle.  Both applicants will be interviewed at the next meeting.

        MV Refuse Disposal & Resource (gas monitoring)                                          96.70
