The minutes of January 2, 2008 were approved as corrected.
Josh Wisner (31-9.3) -- The Board approved a well permit for this parcel on January 2, 2008, however it was discovered that this is a duplicate application. The duplicate will be withdrawn. The original permit # 7-12 will remain active. It was approved on July 18, 2007.
Rosemallow Farm Trust (24-33.2) – The Board approved a revision to this design permit # 6-41.
Estate of James Cagney (13-3) – This well permit application will be held for the next meeting, because the well driller requested a change in the well location. The engineer will submit new plans.
Kevin Conroy (27.1-167) – The Board approved a septic repair for this four (4) bedroom residential dwelling. The metal septic tank will be replaced with a 1,500 gallon concrete septic tank.
Maryann Thompson (24-213) – This is a six (6) bedroom residential disposal works application. The Board will schedule a hearing for this design at 5:30 PM on February 6, 2008 at the placePlaceNameChilmark PlaceTypeTown Hall. The following variances will be reviewed; 1) A reduction in separation of leaching to leaching from 300 ft. to 108 ft. 2) A reduction in separation of leaching to leaching from 300 ft. to 269 ft.

MV Refuse District (Tipping Fees) 1,930.25
The Board asked Sylvia to confirm the correct amount of the tipping fees.
