The minutes of October 17, 2007 and November 7, 2007 were approved
Perc season was opened effective December 20, 2007
James Athern (20-101) -- The Board approved a four (4) bedroom residential disposal works system for this parcel.
Menemsha Galley, Inc. – The Board requested a more detailed floor plan for this renovation, as required by the Federal Food Code. Mr. Fenner said he will comply when he is given a copy of the regulation that states this requirement.
Tom Walsh (25-11) – The Board reviewed a civil action affidavit given by Sylvia Yeomans referencing comments on a tape from a Board of Health meeting on September 3, 2003.
Budget Draft – The Board reviewed and accepted a draft budget for fiscal year 2009.
The following invoices were approved:
